Room is generally clean and spacious. Love it that it comes with fridge and microwave and cutleries. Didn't encounter the issue with not receiving access code as I duly submitted the documents and registered a few days in advance. Suggest that prospective visitors drop them an email to confirm everything is in order after completing the online check-in. Only issue is the bathroom area whether it gets flooded easily, guess it is due to the consideration for the physically challenged.

The location was good for its price being right next to the tram station. However, the toilet door does not close and is completely see-through, as well as the shower going to the bedroom. Even as a couple this is not an ideal situation. Other than that the parking, the cleanliness, and the access to the apartment are great!

Everything was fine , i gave it less point becos the lady who was on the fone when i wanted to change my booking was very rude , she kind of scream at me and hang up the fone plus the communication is a painful experience via email as they took forever to respond sometime and didnt email me to confirm after i request cancel my booking ; so i didnt know whether my booking been cancel or not!

Location is good. Near train station and many convenience shops near by. WiFi speed is good. Hotel Staff helpful too and was given a room with good view. Happy with our stay.

El sitio está bastante cerca del aeropuerto, Un tren del centro de la ciudad, Los apartamentos son espectaculares, no les falta de nada, Y al tener la cocina equipada, puedes hacer la compra ,lo recomiendo
